If you experience an issue with your iPhone or iPad and the Blackboard Mobile app, we have been advised that you should uninstall the app and download it again from the app store and reinstall.
While this process was previously automated by the Office of Information Resources, it is important to note that Instructors must now manually activate their Blackboard courses for students. To learn how to make your Blackboard courses available, please review the steps and/or video tutorial here.
*Note: If you wish to have any of your courses and/or sections merged in Blackboard, we ask that you contact the Technology Help Desk before making your courses available to students.
